We are thinking about adding on to our house. We live in Waterford sub-division and have the ability to add on with permission from the committee. We have a single level home right and want to add a second story over the back half of the house and maybe extend the back wall of the house. The reason we want to go up is the limited size of our back yard. In this space I would need a Great Room, and Master bedroom w/ a full bath.
